The second demo from Graphite Symphony.

The band released an album called The 9th Cycle in 2004. They are currently working on songs for their second album.

I have been in contact with the keyboardist and asked if I could buy the album from him. He said he's check the cost of shipping from the US to Sweden and then get back to me. I haven't heard from him since, so if anyone has got their album The 9th Cycle, please share it. :-)

It would be great if you could find the album and rip it! I've only found it for sale in MP3 format. I don't want to pay a lot of money for lossy files...

Anthony Brown wrote that Graphite Symphony is working on material for their new album, and that he also is working on another project. From his e-mails to me:
"I'm actually in the middle of a project with a singer from Sweden named Andy Engberg. The name of the project is called "Speaking to Stones". It should be out first quarter of 2011."

"I forgot to tell you that the drummer for the "Speaking to Stones" CD is Mark Zonder from "Fates Warning" and "Slavior" It's definitely in the same direction Graphite Symphony is in. probably a little more intense. I co-wrote the CD with a guitarist named Tony Vinci.

I'll email you some mp3 clips soon."


I haven't heard from him since November, so I haven't heard any clips from his project nor have I had the opportunity to buy the Graphite Symphon album.

Speaking to Stones isnt a brand new project anyway, they published an homonym album in 2004 under the mighty Lion Music label and it was definitely a stunning release as much as I remember.
Glad to see they're still alive and kicking.
