Release back in late 1995, this is my lossless rip of "Giant Step", which was the first-ever release of Japanese hard rockers Win Field (later known as Winfield). Although they would later develop a much more flamboyant image akin to many visual kei bands, their style, at the very beginning, was just that of a normal heavy metal band. I was actually surprised at how normal they looked lol. The music itself is nice driving stuff, very similar to early 80s pioneers that stretched from Judas Priest to the much more underground band Bitch. Really, really solid stuff, and definitely something that fans of vintage-esqued hard rock/traditional heavy metal should check out.
