This is the first skid row demo tape, without Sebastian Bach as a vocalist, but Matt Fallon as such. Supposedly, Fallon was replaced due to similarities to Jon Bon Jovi. He was also the lead vocalist of pioneer thrash metal act Anthrax, in 1984.
The song structures aren't too different from following Skid Row releases, the most obvious of them being the outro of "18 And Life".

Unmastered and Unreleased version of the tracks from the album "Slave to the Grind" are also included in this file.
