This album is something of a lost classic of the late-1990s Dutch metal scene. It can loosely be described as melodeath, but there are influences from thrash metal, gothic metal, black metal, and even symphonic metal in some places. There are both clean and death vox, as well as female vocals. Suffice it to say there is a lot going on here, and the songwriting does a good job of integrating all of it.
