Now here is something I thought could never exist: a death metal concept album about teenage pregnancy.

Incubation, the 2nd LP of French avant-death group Supuration, tells the story of a 16-year-old girl who gets pregnant, becomes depressed to the point of insanity, and chooses to kill her unborn child and herself with her father's gun. Each of the nine songs represent a month in the girl's life and pregnancy, and the lyrics express her thoughts (and sometimes the hypothesized thoughts of the fetus).

Bizarre and quite dark, this album continues with influences from Voivod and Gorguts as well as more conventional death metal.

I can't be expected to check every website on the internet to see if an obscure album is still available from a non-U.S. retailer I've never heard of.
