Here's a rare old 5 band split, all of the bands on it I quite enjoyed, with each band having at least one really good track here in my opinion, nobody on this album became successful either, which makes this a little more interesting.

Among the standouts to me are Storm Bringer's two songs, Virgin Killer's two songs (huge Scorpions love from them, their logo is even in the same font) and Pandora's Kiss and Kiss which has some super cool overall guitar work, a nice solo and several excellent riffs.

This also features the Japanese Slayer a few of you (me as well) were curious about, they're certainly not thrash, more of a NWOBHM inspired style, and 麗's Resurrection has an almost power metal feel, especially in the chorus and keyboards. Enjoy!

Ripped from my own vinyl using Audio Technica AT-LP60.

I'm going to check this out! I've been getting more and more into Japanese metal in recent years. I was already a fan of the likes of Terra Rosa, Wolf, Crowley, Loudness, and Sabbat for years, but there's just so much out there worth digging up. As much as the modern bands are generally solid and full of potential, the old school sound feels more natural to me.

May I have your permission to upload this on YouTube? I will give credit. Thanks in advance!
