The quality was better then I thought it would be, I enjoyed every second watching it :) thankyou so much witchcross!

Now I only wish they would get together again, I would give my left arm to see them on stage!

Living outside the Wash DC area when I was in my teens, I found Stronger than Evil in my local record shop. Based on the cover-art and back-cover, it was an instant purchase. I thought it was going to be some fast and furious thrash ala Slayer, looking at the back cover with the band in those intense live-shots. At first listen, I was a bit disappointed it wasn't speed metal, but I really grew to like it. Shortly thereafter I was able to buy my first "real" guitar, a Vantage white FV-5 Flying-V, and learned songs like "Run with the Devil" and "Singing Swords" from the LP, a lot of fun. Ever since these days in the early 80s, I can hear every note of these songs in my head - the sign of a true classic.

Later I found the Death or Glory album, and I liked that even more!! Killer!! Then later I found the Metal Conquest and also tracked down the vinyl of Full Speed at High Level and paid a big price for it. But musically, I didn't like that one, ha ha, not metal enough.

With every band reuniting, it seems inevitable that HEAVY LOAD should get back together. In that interview with Eddie, he seemed to be open to the possibility.

Interesting reading! my first HEAVY LOAD album was also "Stronger than Evil" and my opinion was a bit like yours, a bit dissapointed at first but it grew on me!
I later found a copy of "Death or Glory" and "Metal Conquest", I was hooked! couldn't get enough! these are probably my favorite album of HEAVY LOAD.

Their first album are decent, some good tracks on it but it's hard to compare it with their later work.

Yes I have been in touch with Eddy through Facebook, we are running the Heavy Load fanpage together and it really seems he would like to stand on the stage one more time before he get's to old. I think it's much up to the rest of the band, I don't know how they stand in this matter.

Thanks a lot for this jewel, fantastic! By the way I love the 'Full speed at high level' album because of the 70's sound. I'm a fan of early hard/heavy bands of the 70's.

    Awesome - thanks!!!!

Update: just watched it. Quality is surprisingly good given its age. Not too much camera work tbh, but who cares when you get the chance to view a vintage HM concert in good quality??!?
To be clear: it is obvious that this isn't a 1st generation tape, but it's absolutely fine to watch and enjoy! I've received VHS tapes back then that looked worse than this already!!!!

    GET IT!!! (metal1)

Hi Strapp, I checked all the depositfiles links and all came up. Then I checked all the rapidshare, and they all came up too! With multiupload, I usually select the megaupload variation, but of course these were all dead. My next favorite is depositfiles, and all these came up good. So did all the rapidshares. I didn't check the zshare and hotfile variations. I wonder why you couldn't see them. Maybe multiupload was down when you checked? Did the multiupload page come up at all?

Now I tried again tonight, and multiupload seems to be done - I just get "time out" when I try and visit multiupload.com. But it was there when I last replied to this thread. Maybe just down temporarily, have to recheck in a bit.

strange how some people couldn't see the links before! For me, it was easy to see.

It seems like multiupload is gone. Very strange. Just a few days ago it was working fine for me, even though some of you in Europe couldn't get to it. But now I can't get to it either. Well, that really sucks. I had easily more than 100 GB uploaded there. Now, where is it? I wish I could access the individual links for one service, such as depositshare. For instance, all my depositshares should be there. But how to find them without multiupload working? Grrrrr.... I wonder if we should all switch to a private-torrent site! As for this heavy-load show, maybe someone who downloaded can reup it I hope. I can't reup myself at the moment because my upload queue is very full right now.
