This was a Fanzine/Newsletter put out by the band NUCLEAR ASSAULT in 1989. There is damage to the front & back cover.

This particular copy belonged to my friend "Evil Eye" Ron (R.I.P. 2015). You'll see his old mailing address/label on the back cover. He was a member of their fanclub (as well as Voivod's "Iron Gang").
