This was re-upped on Guitars 101 about a month ago. (it's still there)
I compared the songs on Cool Edit Pro, and they are just the Metal For Muthas tracks.

I've downloaded "E.M.I. demo tape" several times, and it's always been the M.F.M. tracks.
I'm not sure if there ever was a real E.M.I. demo tape of these 2 songs.
