'Wish You Wouldn't...' is a light, bitter sweet love song.
'Airway' is a full blown prog rock, 8 minute, multi section anthem. Airway is infact ‘Aireway’... a song about bringing the new bypass through the Aire Valley.
'Crash Landing' is a short, sharp, heavy tune.
Recorded in very small local 8 track studio-JSG Studio. JSG was, at the time, a very well known and popular Music Shop On Bingley Main Street. Their most famous song "Time Forgets a Hero" from It's Unheard Of! was also recorded in the same studio. (Compilation 1984) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEsJdEnQnf0
Pyramid tended to refer to itself as a Bradford band because people outside the area have heard of Bradford but actually only Keith and Ian lived in/close to Bradford. Jon lived in Bingley, Kev lived in Keighley and Drew lived in Cottngley. Pyramid rehearsed and recorded at Cottingley Town Hall (under the church).
