Someone asked for this so here it is. Not much info on these guys I'm afraid, not even sure where they were from, but I suppose the Milton Keynes / Banbury area is a pretty good guess. The sleeve is this big gatefold which, to be honest, I was too lazy to scan completely. If someone really wants a scan please ask. According to the useless info given there this was recorded in some bullshit recording technique.

Now, like in many other cases please do not confuse with legions of other bands called Sinner. I'm pretty sure this is not the band who had a track on one of the Ebony compilations, this is not the pre-Wrathchild band, this is not the Liverpool band, or any other Sinner. I mention this because these "NWOBHN confusions" are getting pretty annoying, the web is full of wrong info ...

Please don't make me rename the files, do it yourselves !

This band was from Banbury Oxfordshire UK and featured my friend Mark Bowes who owned a local guitar shop. The band were active from the late 70's till 1982.

This is the bands only recorded output and have no connection to any other bands of the same name.

They went on to form the Firebirds who were much more blues based.

Great to see this again thanks for posting. I lost my vinyl copy many years ago

This band did indeed come from Banbury,UK.

The line up was
Ian Gow - Vox & Bass.
Grib Cumming - Guitar.
Jake Jacob - Drums.

The EP was recorded in binaural (a kind of 3D stereo) by the White tower label at Woodgreen youth centre, Banbury.
This was the only recording released by the band. Any other releases by 'Sinner' are by another band with the same name.
The post above wrongly states that Mark Bowes played in Sinner. He didn't. Marc Played in Mindslave.
